Thank you so much for arranging our visit to see Dad yesterday. We all had a lovely walk and then sat outside to have tea. Dad was awake the whole time and responded to us a few times. The boys also took him for a little walk. Please thank all the staff for arranging all the seating and providing refreshments. We all had a lovely time. Thank you once again.

We can not praise the staff here enough for their love and compassion for our adored family member whilst he was a resident. The care plan was so in-depth and I personally didn't realise how much was recorded and checked until I read it, as the staff make what they do look so effortless. Our family members wanted for nothing. Every element of looking after him was taken care of. He was treated with so much love and dignity and as his family, we were kept informed immediately of everything involving his care and his health. The staff at Weyspring are true angels and it gives us such comfort to know our loved one was treated so well. Thank you to every single member of staff from the family.

We have been taking communion to one particular resident in Weyspring Park for some time now. In addition, we have had the privilege of seeing and engaging with some of the residents in the day room. Perhaps we can make the comment that the level of care and supervision of those being looked after is, in our opinion exemplary. Well done!.

I am pleased he (IW) was in your care for the past couple of years. I recall IW looking peaceful during my last visits to see him and I believe this is a credit to you and your team. As you know, I saw him when he was highly distressed living at a different care home so I noticed a significant difference when I saw him at Weyspring. I also recall IW’s brother being very happy with the care you provided.

Following my assessment today with KW, I am pleased to inform the team that KW reported staff are very supportive, listen to her. KW said she is well looked after; staff are caring and respect her choices. KW said the food at Weyspring is very nice. Previously she had indicated she finds the placement has older adults whom she cannot engage with. She has given positive feedback about the care she is receiving at Weyspring and does not want to move closer to her family which she had previously requested. KW said her children are visiting her more often at Weyspring.

Very welcoming to crew and anxious patients. What a lovely team!.
