Saji Thomas
Registered Manager
I joined Weyspring Park in 2017, bringing over 15 years of experience in nursing homes, including 13 years as Deputy Manager in a dementia-specialist setting. I am passionate about supporting each resident as an individual, ensuring that their care is tailored to their needs while fostering a safe, nurturing environment. Since becoming Registered Manager in December 2017, I have led the Weyspring Park team with a focus on both professional excellence and compassionate, person-centred care. I take pride in balancing regulatory standards with the human side of care, making sure every resident feels valued, supported and at home. Under my guidance, Weyspring Park provides specialised nursing, dementia and mental health care in a welcoming setting, where residents receive high-quality care and families can feel confident in the support their loved ones are given.

Joby George
Deputy Manager
I joined Weyspring Park Nursing Home in 2018 as one of the very first team members when the home first opened its doors. Starting as a Registered Nurse, I have had the privilege of growing alongside our home, stepping into the role of Deputy Manager in 2020. With over 15 years of nursing experience in the UK, I have dedicated my career to supporting older adults and their families through compassionate, person-centred care. My passion has always been to ensure that every resident feels truly valued, respected, and cared for as an individual. I believe that outstanding care begins with honest and open communication — not only with residents but also with their loved ones — to ensure their wishes are understood and respected every step of the way. I take great pride in building and nurturing a dedicated team who share the same values of compassion, dignity, and person-centred care. By providing continuous training and encouragement, I help ensure that our staff deliver care that reflects the unique preferences and personalities of our residents — placing them at the heart of everything we do. As a leader, I promote an open and supportive culture, where every voice is heard, and everyone feels valued. Maintaining a professional and balanced approach with staff helps create a positive environment where both residents and team members can thrive. A key part of my role is acting as a bridge between residents, their families, and the wider multidisciplinary team (MDT), ensuring continuity of care and a seamless experience for everyone involved. At Weyspring Park, I am proud to contribute to a community built on trust, empathy, and excellence — where every day offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
